These terms are between you and Michael Reizelman and govern your use of the OneFill mobile app. By using OneFill you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
You must be 18 or older to use OneFill.
OneFill reads a photograph of a paper form, works out what the form asks for, and fills in details you have previously saved. It then renders those answers onto the page so you can save or share the result.
You are responsible for checking every form before you submit it to anyone.
OneFill uses automated systems, including AI, to interpret forms. These systems make mistakes. A field can be misread, an answer can be placed in the wrong box, and a question can be misunderstood. The app shows you the filled form before you share it precisely so that you can check it.
OneFill is a convenience, not a substitute for professional advice. Many forms it can fill — medical, immigration, tax, legal — carry real consequences when submitted with wrong information. We do not review your forms and we are not responsible for what you submit.
The details you save and the forms you scan are yours. We claim no ownership of them.
You are responsible for having the right to scan and process any form and any personal information you enter, including information about other people. If you store details about another person, you confirm you are entitled to do so.
Do not use OneFill for anything unlawful, including preparing forms intended to deceive.
OneFill is free to try, with these limits:
A OneFill Premium subscription removes all of the above — unlimited forms, unlimited people, unlimited details, and no footer on what you share.
Reaching a free limit never destroys work you have already done. Your completed form remains available to you whether or not you subscribe.
Subscriptions are sold through Google Play. Payment is charged to your Google Play account on confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for the same period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
Cancelling. Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play — Settings inside OneFill links to the right screen. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Google under Google Play's refund policy. We cannot process refunds for Play purchases directly.
Price changes take effect only from the next billing period, and Google will notify you as their policy requires. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue OneFill or any of its features. The app depends on network services and on Google Play; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
If we discontinue the service entirely, the details saved on your device remain on your device.
OneFill is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant that form interpretation will be accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from an inaccurately filled or wrongly submitted form. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. You may also have statutory consumer rights that these terms do not affect.
You may stop using OneFill at any time; uninstalling removes the data held on your device. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above, and continued use after a change means acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live.
