OneFill stores your information on your own phone, not on our servers. Deleting it is immediate and entirely under your control — there is no account to close and no request to submit. Uninstalling the app removes everything.
| Data | Where it lives | How to delete it |
|---|---|---|
| People you save — names, dates of birth, contact details, ID numbers, medical details, custom notes, signatures | On your device only. Never sent to us. | In the app: press and hold the person on the home screen, then confirm. Or uninstall. |
| Saved forms and their page images | On your device only. | In the app: Past forms → open the form → Delete. Or uninstall. |
| Photographs of forms you scan | Sent to our server and to OpenAI to read the page. Never stored — held in memory for one request, written to no disk and no database. | Nothing to delete: no copy is kept. |
| Subscription and purchase records | Held by Google Play and RevenueCat, tied to a random anonymous identifier — not to your name or email. | Retained by Google as a billing record. See below. |
Open OneFill, then press and hold the person on the home screen. A confirmation appears; confirm it. That person and everything saved about them is removed from the device permanently.
Open OneFill → Past forms → open the saved form, then choose Delete. The form and its page images are removed permanently.
Uninstall OneFill. On most Android phones: press and hold the OneFill icon → Uninstall; or Settings → Apps → OneFill → Uninstall. Every profile, saved form and page image is deleted with the app. Nothing is retained by us, because none of it was ever sent to us.
If you would like anything deleted and cannot do it yourself, write to michael.reizelman14@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Please say which app you are writing about (OneFill) so we can find your message quickly.
